When to place high-strength nuts

    High-strength nuts for curtain walls facilitate construction, but most people still don't know when to install them. Here's a simple answer regarding installation timing: Follow the main structure. After the rebar is tied, place them in place. After the formwork is closed, adjust the distance between the high-strength nuts and the formwork to ensure they are tightly fitted, then weld the high-strength nuts to the columns using electric welding. Tying is also possible, but it may cause the high-strength nuts to tilt and shift during concrete vibration, and tying doesn't provide a very tight grip on the formwork. Spot welding is best to avoid difficulties in chiseling out the embedded parts.
